 The information we collect includes your name, email address, company name, company sector, job title, shipping address, and billing address. We do not store your credit card information.

By providing your personal information to Geraldine Wharry Designs, you consent to the collection and use of it and any other information provided in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

In regards to product orders (physical and digital), we use your information to complete your order or to contact you regarding the status of your order.

We do not utilize “cookies” to help recognize you as a repeat visitor and to track traffic patterns on our site. This information is completely anonymous. 

This Privacy Policy is governed by, and will be construed in accordance with English law. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in relation to any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or in connection with this agreement, save that this submission will not preclude any party from applying to any other court having jurisdiction for urgent or interim relief in aid of proposed or pending proceedings in England.

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy at anytime. Updates to our privacy policy will be sent to the email address that you have provided us.
